DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the design and complete project administration/management of the projects from schematic design phase up to project closeout/post-construction phase
- Responsible for producing designs that are aesthetically appealing yet economic and functionally efficient (cost- and time-saving methodology)
- Review and Coordinate Engineering Designs to ensure proper site implementation and cost efficiency.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years professional experience specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Knowledge in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
- Knowledge in project administration, and preparation and coordination of all project documents (plans, specifications, and reports)
- Proficient in software such as CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run and handle the construction site to ensure timely completion, design adherence and quality control of the project
- Coordinate technical details of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, and fire protection works of the project
- Responsible for construction schedule of assigned site
- Recommend value engineering or cost-saving measures to the project manager
- Responsible for material purchase and payroll of the site
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in managing construction site (general construction, finishing and MEPF)
- Knowledge in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
- Basic knowledge in quantity surveying in line with site material purchasing
- Knowledge in basic construction scheduling
- Knowledge in MS Office and CAD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Source construction materials and trade contractors for the Project Manager’s approval
- Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, and site personnel
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-year professional experience in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary, and Fire Protection (SMEPF)
- Knowledge in MS Office and CAD
